Registration & Payment Policies

We hope that you find our online registration process easy and efficient!

When you have completed the online registration process, you will receive a confirmation email from the camp office explaining the status of your registration. Pending availability, your camper(s) will be enrolled in camp once we have received your required deposit. Once your camper(s) enrollment is confirmed, you will be able to log in to your account and click the Forms & Documents button to view and download all of the necessary forms that we still need you to complete.

From your account page, you can also upload a photo of your camper, view your current registration status, make changes to your contact information, and more. 

To make any changes in your registration status, please contact Denise at the camp office (781-314-0994).

March 17th is our commitment day! This means that prior to this date you can cancel up to one two-week session of your registration and be refunded your camp tuition. Any changes made after March 31st are not subject to refund unless we can fill your spot from our waitlist at the time of the change.

All registration forms must also be submitted by March 31st. Failure to complete registration paperwork by March 31st will result in our moving your child(ren) to the end of our waitlist. The space in their group will be given to the next camper on the waitlist. Please contact our Camp Office with any questions or concerns regarding this policy. 

Important Payment Information

  • You will be asked to pay a $50 registration fee
  • There is a required deposit of $300 for each two-week session of programming
  • You can pay via ACH Debit (e-check) or credit card. Please note that you will be charged a 3% convenience fee if you choose to pay by credit card.

2025 Important Dates

November 1, 2024
First day for returning families to register for the 2025 season

November 6, 2024
First day for new families to register for the 2025 season

March 17, 2025
Last day to cancel up to one session without penalty

March 31, 2025
Due date for full payment and all required camp forms. Please reach out to the Camp Office if you require additional time.

June 24, 2025
First day for all programs

July 4, 2025
No camp due to the holiday. Tuition for Session 1 is prorated to reflect this.

August 15, 2025
Last day for all programs
  • Please note that there will be an early dismissal at 2:00pm on August 15th to allow us to pack up for the summer!  We will run pick-up from 1:30pm - 2:30pm. Tuition for Session 4 is prorated to reflect this. There will be no afternoon Extended Day programming.
Please note: If you are interested in registering for any of our programs and it is after June 1st, please call the Camp Office to inquire about registering.
