• Registration Fee & Required Deposit

  Registration Fee
  $50 per child (per calendar year)
  
  Required Deposits
  $300 for each two-week session of programming
  
  Payment and forms are due on March 31st.

• Available Discounts

  Sibling Discount

  If you have registered two or more campers, each for a minimum of two two-week sessions of programming, you will receive a 5% discount off of tuition for the child with the lowest tuition total. Please note that the sibling discount does not apply to our Leadership Training Program. 
  
  Multi-Session Discount for Day Camp
  If you choose to enroll in multiple two-week sessions, you will receive a multi-session discount:
  

  • 5% off of two sessions
  • 7% off of three sessions
  • 12% off of four sessions

  
  Multi-Session Discount for Adventures
  We offer a discount of $100 if you sign up for two or more sessions of Adventures programming (i.e. Arts Away, Excursions, Trekkers or  Voyagers). 
  
  Multi-Session Discount for Creative Arts
  We offer a discount of $100 if you sign up for two or more sessions of Adventures programming (i.e. Art Apprentices or Inspiring Innovators). 
  
  

  Waltham Discount
  We offer a 10% off of summer camp tuition for campers that are Waltham residents!

• Tuition Assistance

  We have tuition assistance available to families for our summer camp programs. The application can be found HERE and must be submitted to the Camp Office along with a copy of a full tax return by January 31st. You must contact the Camp Office about your application prior to completing the online camper registration. Final decisions on disbursement of funds will be made by February 15th.

  Waltham Bus Rates
  

  • Session 1 (June 23 - July 3): $90 *
  • Session 2 (July 7 - July 18): $100
  • Session 3 (July 21 - August 1): $100
  • Session 4 (August 4 - August 15): $100 

  * Session 1 is discounted due to the July 4th holiday.

  Morning Extended Day (7:15am - 8:15am)
  

  • Session 1 (June 23 - July 4): $99 *
  • Session 2 (July 7 - July 18): $110
  • Session 3 (July 21 - August 1): $110
  • Session 4 (August 4 - August 15): $110

  Afternoon Extended Day (4:00pm - 6:00pm)
  

  • Session 1 (June 23 - July 4): $288 *
  • Session 2 (July 7 - July 18): $320
  • Session 3 (July 21 - August 1): $320
  • Session 4 (August 4 - August 15): $288 **

  Please note that we will not offer refunds for any changes / drops made with less than two weeks notice.
  
  

  * Session 1 tuition is adjusted to account for the the July 4th holiday.

  ** Session 4 tuition is adjusted to account for an early dismissal (running from 1:30 - 2:00pm) on August 15th. Please note that Afternoon Extended Day will not be offered on the final day of camp.
